On the basis of the second and fifth item of the first paragraph of Article 18 and Article 40 of
the Public Agencies Act (Uradni list RS, no. 52/2002, 51/2004-EZ-A and 33/2011-ZEKomC), the fifth paragraph of Article 11 of the Act Establishing the Public Agency of the Republic
of Slovenia for Book (Uradni list RS, no. 112/07, 40/2012) and the fifth paragraph of Article
26 of the Decision Establishing the Slovenian Book Agency (Uradni list RS, no. 57/08) the
Slovenian Book Agency Board with the approval of the Government of the Republic of
Slovenia hereby accepts
THE TARIFF
for the services conducted by the Slovenian Book Agency
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1
(contents)
This tariff establishes the system for determining the service charge and the return of
expenditure which the Slovenian Book Agency conducts in accordance with the Act
Establishing the Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Book (Uradni list RS, no.
112/07, 40/2012) and which are paid by the service users (henceforth: users).
Article 2
(the service cost)
(1) The service costs from this tariff are set in Euros.
(2) After three (3) years the tariff rate is examined on the basis of the analysis of the changes
in actual expenditures in connection with the services from this tariff. Each change in costs is
confirmed by the Slovenian Book Agency Board with the approval of the founder. The new
service costs are published in the Uradni list and enter into force on the day after the
publication.
Article 3
(means of payment)
(1) The user pays the service charge from this tariff to the benefit of the Slovenian Book
Agency, Tržaška cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana, onto the sub-account no. 01100-6000027474 open
at the Public Payments Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (IBAN: SI56011006000027474, SWIFT = BSLJSI2X).
(2) The tariff is paid by the user. It is paid in Euros. The user ensures that the Slovenian Book
Agency receives the entire appropriate amount.
(3) The Slovenian Book Agency uses a non-cash payment procedure. All payment-related
bank costs are paid by the applicant.
(4) The Slovenian Book Agency publishes the instructions for the means of payment in the
texts of tenders and public calls and on its website.
Article 4
(the person subject to payment and the payment deadline)
(1) The person subject to payment is a natural or legal person who submits the claim for the
determination of a specific issue, or one for whom the Slovenian Book Agency performs a
service from Article 5 of this tariff. Exempt from this are natural persons who have no income
or who are recipients of social welfare and can provide proof of their situation.
(2) (the First tariff)
The natural or legal person for whom the Slovenian Book Agency performs a service has to
pay the proper amount of the First tariff when applying to a tender or a public call.
(3) (the Second tariff)
The natural or legal person for whom the Slovenian Book Agency performs a service has to
pay the proper amount of the Second tariff when submitting a payment claim form for a
subsidy of the Slovenian Book Agency for the program or project in question.
(4) For natural persons entitled to the Public Lending Right the cost of the administrative
procedure of the Public Lending Right is written on the notice slip informing them of the
amount of the Public Lending Right and is deducted by the Slovenian Book Agency at the
time of payment of the Public Lending Right.

Article 6
This tariff is not used for projects which were accepted to be co-financed in tenders of the
Public Agency published prior to the entry into force of this tariff.
Article 7
(entry into force)
This tariff enters into force the day after its publication in the Uradni List Republike
Slovenije.
