Description
A new Wholesale Advantage Business DSL Dynamic and Static IP service speed of up
to 7.1 M downstream and up to 768 kbps upstream is being added to Verizon Online
DSL service plans and speeds. This Business offering will be for both Dynamic and
Static.
The service elements of WADSL for Verizon DSL with up to 7.1 will be as follows:
-
DSL transport speed
E-mail addresses
DSL CPE (modem or gateway) (optional at an additional charge)
DSL self-install kit (micro-filters, user guide)
Client Software (including access to the Verizon Enterprise Portal and content)
Static IP addressing (where appropriate)
A 30-day money back guarantee will be offered on the service plan.
Details
In addition to changes to the ordering of WA DSL this initiative will care for changes to
Pre Order LSI information being returned for WA DSL customers. This initiative will
care for the following scenarios
Scenario 1 - Add new 7.1M WA DSL service to an existing WA customer’s line.
(Includes: Adding DSL with or without CPE and with or without additional Static IP
addresses)
Scenario 2 - Disconnect TN w/7.1 Static IP
(Includes: Disconnect WADSL data – leave the voice and a Full or Partial account
Disconnect)
Scenario 3 - Port Out migration on a TN that has 7.1Static IP w/no Damp Loop
configuration
