the use of grants, and as such the Trustees require that grants to persons or
institutions accept their funds in stages. If reports are not forthcoming when the next
stage is due, they will be withheld for later payment or withdrawn.

application unless fully satisfied with accuracy of the application.
The UCF reserves the right to withdraw/withhold funding if the Trustees are deemed to
be dissatisfied with reporting procedures.
