Vice President – Information Security Engineer (05/11 – present)
 Responsible for deploying and maintaining the Citrix Web Application Firewall. Deployed to over
50 websites.
 Responsible for deploying and maintaining the Fortify Web Application Firewall.
 Developed a configuration tracking application to allow for automatic configuration backups and
comparison history as well as comparisons between devices.
 Respond to DDoS attacks against the bank.
 Maintain bugzilla bug tracking database for all of Security Operations and Event Analysis.
Senior Business Consultant (04/09 – 04/11)
 Designed the desktop images to be used by 2800 associates across centralized sales. Ensured
the deployment of new pc's with those images to all associates. Resolved software conflicts and
packaging issues as they came up.
 Migrated Centralized Sales, Wholesale Lenging, and Insurance to a new IEX Totalview workforce
management system for 5000 associates.
 Part of a team that migrated and combined two Microsoft SQL datawarehouses to a new combined
infrastructure while ensuring that all existing reporting functioned.
 Developed SSIS packages for data replication and transformation within the datawarehouse.
 Part of a team that migrated 2800 call center associates to the new Genesys VoIP call center
solution.
 Designed extensive reporting based upon Genesys call center data.
Manager Business Systems Analyst (05/05 -04/09)
 Designed a telephony analysis system (CTIS) based on Nortel’s SCCS product to provide full
visibility into all call routing for over 3000 TFN’s at 6 separate call centers. Utilized PHP, Perl,
and a MySQL backend database.
 Expanded Stratasoft predictive dialer application into a second site and provide day to day support
and maintenance.
 Designed and built Nortel SCCS data warehouse to hold call detail and configuration data for
SCCS’s. System utilizes Microsoft SQL server, C# service, SQL DTS packages and an XML
configuration file for easy expansion. Other data imports use SSIS packages.
 Implemented monitoring system to send pages for outages of critical servers and applications.
 Implemented MySQL Eventum ticketing system to manage all work flow for the organization.
 Managed and programmed Symon realtime display boards and digital signage infrastructure for
B2C including over 150 NetLiteII boards and over 60 Plasma displays.
 Expanded IEX TotalView workforce management system to include 1800 total users, collectors for
multiple sites, a warm backup server, a test/development server, and managed multiple upgrades
to most recent release.
 Our team implementing a new 300 person call center at Amon Carter in Irving, TX, including call
recording, trunk capacity, work force management, and realtime Symon displays.
 Managed expansion of NICE logger system from 6 loggers to 18 loggers and nearly 1200 seats.
 Helped manage and implement Instant Call Back and Chat online contact channels.
 Managed a team of 4 programmers handling support of all of the call center technologies.

MySQL, and the SmartBits Performance Analysis System.

 Designed and implemented remote backup and restore system for product release.
 Key member of a team developing a product under Secret Clearance for the Federal Government.
 Redesigned and implemented new server infrastructure to support domain authentication, email,
VPN, web, SQL, and development testing.
 Rebuilt company’s telephony and LAN/WAN infrastructure proving savings of $15k per month,
increasing network security, speed, and reducing downtime.

 Home based internet service provider of websites in PHP/Javascript and MySQL, hosting domains,
and managing business emails. Examples of clients are available at www.saturnconsulting.com.
 A business card CD for Fox and Company investments designed for recruiting purposes. It is
bootable on both MAC and PC, showing a Flash presentation about the company.
 Setting up BGP multi-homing and utilizing HSRP to provide Leader Insurance with a dependable
WAN infrastructure.
 Designing an online membership system for Livehope.org utilizing PHP and MySQL.
NTT/VERIO, INC.
Aug 1997 - Apr 2002
Education Engineering Lead (12/00 –04/02)
Developed Learning Management System resulting in production and provision of tools used to
measure a $2.71 ROI for every $1 invested in training. Recipient: “The Extra Mile” award.
Selected by management to coordinate the implementation of enterprise-wide Siebel system for the
training function.
Managed Windows NT and 2000 servers and clients, as well as FreeBSD and Solaris servers that
provided email (Sendmail/qpopper), DNS (Bind), Web (Apache/ISS), Database Services,
(ODBC/MySQL), Streaming Video(RealServer), Shell access, and authentication for the training
department.
Designed, implemented, and maintained department wide network utilizing Cisco Catalyst 2900 and
5200 switches and Cisco 2500, 2600, 5200, and 7200 routers.
Created and presented a 27-page security audit of the training environment to upper management.
As a result, only one minor security incident occurred within two years.
Created training simulations for Cisco, Juniper, Netopia, Ascend, Portmaster, Redback, and Zyxel
routers, which helped to increase the effectiveness of training to over 97% success.

 Resolved problems escalated up to the Presidential level; led process improvement project
resulting in on-line system for management of customer contacts.
