Ph.D. Positions in Physics/Nanotechnology at the University of Georgia The NanoLabin the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Georgia is recruiting motivated and hard-working students for PhD. researches in material physics and nanobiotechnology. Undergraduate or Master students with background in physics, engineering (including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, & biological engineering), chemistry, and materials sciences are encouraged to apply. The graduate studies will be focused on the following areas:nanofabrication, photocatalytic materials, nano-optics (plasmonics and metamaterials, including numerical calculations), biosensors and microfluidics, and nanomotors for disease treatments.
