1. Reconstruction. Know what it means. Did the Freedman’s Bureau help or hurt the Reconstruction
process? In what ways?
2. Describe the situation around Andrew Johnson, the 13th Amendment, Radical Republicans, and lastly
impeachment. Picture it if you wish… choose someone famous to play the role of Andrew Johnson.

migration of the U.S. if you want.

6. So in the mid 1860’s and after, what political party does the South vote for? Why do they hate the
other one so much? Strange because today… well… nevermind.
7. When Hayes won election, they say Reconstruction ended… Haye, Reconstruction’s over ‘n done!
