Attention: The electronic punching and timing equipment SPORTIDENT will be used.
Please write number of Your own SI-card into the entry form or write „hire“.
The stay can not begin before 1.8.2005 at 4.00 p.m. and must end not later
than 8.8.2005 at 8.00 a.m. (i.e. 7 nights maximally). The accommodation
fees, regardless of the length of stay, are follows:
a) campsite

Parking is outside (about 200 m), the cars can not be beside the tents! The
payment will be in cash after Your arrival (20 CZK/day car with 8 seats
max., 50 CZK/day bigger car or bus)

The payment is requested before 30th April 2005 (entry fee + accommodation fee), the accommodation cann´t be booked without payment in advance! The accommodation capacity is
very limited in this holiday region!

Payment: We don´t accept bank cheques, realization is very expensive and complicated for

Reason for the payment: fees Bohemia. The sender pays all bank charges also!
Cancellations: -if received before 30th June 2005, 80% fees will be returned
-if received later (last day is 2rd August 2005), 50% fees will be returned only.
Registration (event centre): Sport hall in the town NOVÝ BOR (about 90 km N from Prague)

Training:
It will be possible in the area with fix control points on 2nd August 2005 near
the event centre. Training maps will be on sale at the event registration.
Maps:
5 new waterproof maps 1:10.000 E5m according to IOF standards
Terrain:
The complicated terrains with sandstone rocks and boulders with an usual
central-european forest.
Event areas: All races up to 25 km from the event centre will be held, the participants are
requested to use the organizers buses (Nový Bor – event areas and back), the
possibilities for parking are limited near the event areas!
Prize giving: For all of the winners E1-E4 some small souvenirs every evening (except
F3 and F5). For the first 3 competitors of all classes in total results (E1-E5)
materials prizes.
Attention:
Competitors take part at their own risk and they are responsible for their own
safety.
Concomitant events:
4.8.2005 Night event in Nový Bor (H/D 14,16,18,20,21,35 and mixed pairs). Registration and
payment is possible before (together with Bohemia entry) – entry fee is 2 EUR/person,
or at the event centre on 1st or 2nd August 2005 - entry fee in this case is 3 EUR/person.
5.8.2005 Special 3members „beer relay“ in Nový Bor (for 18 years and older only). More details
will be later on our home page (registration and payment in cash 1 day before).
BOHEMIA ORIENTEERING 2005 will be held in the protected landscape
Lužice Mountains in the North Bohemia. This scenic region at the northern border
of the Czech Republic offers to all visitors, from spring to winter, a large selection
of natural sceneries, touristic and recreational opportunities. This area is therefore
ideal for orienteering – WMOC 1998 was held here, if You remember.
