DALIAN TOTANI CORPORATION will participate in CHINAPLAS 2013, the 27th International Exhibition on
Plastics and Rubber Industries, which will be held on May 20-23, 2013 at China Import & Export Fair Complex,
Pazhou, Guangzhou, PR China.
For over half a century, Totani Corporation (HQ: Kyoto, Japan) has manufactured pouch and bag making
machinery. Plastic film pouches made by Totani machine are essential to various fields from ordinary package
for retort food, pet food and cleanser or shampoo refill to medical package for infusion or sterilization. Since
its’ incorporation in 1961, Totani machines are now located in over 30 countries all over the world and are
highly regarded by well-established companies.
Dalian Totani Corporation established in 2005, is the sole factory and selling agent and will be the core
production base in mainland China. We mainly manufacture BH series D model three-side-seal machines.
By utilizing the capacity of the main servo motor, the machines have improved high speed potential and
strong press sealing capabilities. The frame and drive train have been improved to be strong than ever. The
machines are fitted with stainless steel machine covers to improve sanitation. Available options include inline
corner cutting units, cutter control systems (double cut system), and Thomson die-cut units.

Totani’s original water-cooled sealing plate is used in the zipper seal unit to give a beautiful finish to the
pouches. Three main lengths are available to accommodate your specific use and available spaces.
Available with future options such as the cutter control system and the cutter servo drive.

Special heat sealer prevents hot knife from warping.
Optimum stacker speed and unwind dancer roller speed set and adjust automatically.
Loss Prevention feature that automatically raises hot knife at the machine stop and lowers the knife back
down at machine start, to prevent unnecessary heat damage to the film.
