RULES: All shooting will be governed by the N.S.R.A. and Berkshire County Assoc. Rules. Any dispute will be decided by three or more members of the Berkshire County Assoc. Committee, or their elected deputies. BERKSHIRE COUNTY SB RIFLE & PISTOL ASSOCIATION RIFLE PRIZE MEETING 7th JUNE 2015 at MAIDENHEAD T.S.C., BRAYWICK ROAD, MAIDENHEAD RECEPTION: On arrival please report for registration and collection of your targets which are already marked with your SQUAD AND FIRING POINT NUMBER TARGETS: Targets will be N.S.R.A. 1989 series TARGET CLIPS: Target clips are not provided at range. Competitors must provide at least 12 bulldog-type clips for securing your targets and the backers to the frames. AMMUNITION: Limited quantities of ammunition will be on sale. SQUADDING: All details will be of 20 minutes duration with a further 10 minutes for target changing and for preparation of your equipment. Please note that shooting will commence at the time stated for each detail and you MUST be ready to go on to the firing point at least five minutes before this time. Your first squad preference will normally be honoured. You will only be notified if that choice is unavailable, when an alternative will be offered. RESULTS: All scores will be displayed outside the STATS OFFICE as quickly as possible. COMPETITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THEIR SCORES HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY RECORDED BEFORE LEAVING THE MEETING. CHALLENGES: A score may be challenged on payment of £1.00, which will be refunded if the challenge is upheld. NO SCORE MAY BE CHALLENGED AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE MEETING. TIES: Ties will be decided on count back starting with the longer range. If there is still a tie situation then count back at the shorter range. In the event of the scores still being tied, then equal placing will be awarded. REFRESHMENTS: A range of refreshments will be on sale. CLASSIFICATION: Berkshire competitors please refer to the current SHORT or LONG range classification list for 2014. New competitors must return an up-to-date declaration of their current short range average (15 20 25 yds). This must be certified by the club Captain of Secretary of the competitors club. The onus rests on the competitor to ensure a correct declaration. Any competitor not submitting an average will be placed in A CLASS. Classification will be based on the following averages:A Class 97.0 and above B Class 95.0 - 96.9 C Class 92.5 - 94.9 D Class 92.4 and below LEFT HANDED SHOOTERS: There will be no special provision for left handed shooters. You are reminded that the bays are marked. You are asked to keep within those bays and not to encroach onto your neighbours firing point. TEAMS: The make up of club teams must be submitted to the stats office before the first team member starts shooting their targets.
