All relevant details are provided in the tender document which can be obtained from the
Secretary, Central Purchase Committee during working hours on payment of Rs. 1000/- (nonrefundable) in the shape of bank draft, pay order, security deposit in favor of the Treasurer,

Where the documents are requested by post, a self addressed envelope (Half-file size), stamped
Rs. 30/- must be enclosed, without any obligation on the University.
The quotations (under sealed cover) complete in all respects must reach the undersigned at the
latest by closing hours on 26-03-2009 and shall be opened in the office of the undersigned at
11.00 a.m on 27-03-2009 . The bidders or their representatives can be present if they so desire.

Case Number mentioned in this Notice must be quoted in all the relevant correspondence.
All payments should be made in favor of the Treasurer, University of Engineering and
Technology Taxila.
The CPC shall have the right to reject any tender of a part thereof without any reason thereof.
