from 3 to 18 years old) is under agreement with the French Ministry
of National Education and follows the national curriculum
requirements
TITLE
English-speaking teacher for primary school.
Indeterminate contract until the 31 th August 2016
SUPERVISOR
Primary School Director (Assistant to the Principal).
MISSION
Teaching the French curriculum in English to pre-school (3-5 year
olds) or elementary classes (6-10 year olds).

Teaching under the 2015 new French curriculum (27 hours
weekly)
Individual student guidance
Active participation in the school’s project
Meeting attendance (parent-teacher conferences, individual
appointments, staff meetings)
Production of relevant teaching material.
The candidate should be very flexible, dedicated to high
standards of education, and able to work in a multicultural
environment.
The candidate should have the aptitude to create good
personal relationships, as well as to carry out projects from
pre-school classes to elementary classes.
The candidate must have a developed sense of teamwork,
working in close collaboration with French teachers.
Speaking French is not required, but would be a plus
(Mandatory French courses will be provided by the school).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Teaching at different levels of primary and nursery school.
