Takes time to listen not only with the ears, but also listens with the heart. Think of a time when you listened to your heart at home or work. Share an example. 2: Loves self and takes care of self, so as to serve others. Takes time to balance work and play. Think of a time when you did not take care of self, what happen? And think of a time when you did take care of yourself to balance work and leisure time, what was the difference? 3: Leads others by example. Has integrity, is truthful, fair, and thinks of the good of the whole. Think of someone you admire who has these qualities and why. 4: Is vision and goal oriented. Begins with the end in mind. Spinal Flush to rejuvenate body (ask coworker to help) Road blocks and barriers to personal motivation: Discussion question: “What keeps you from feeling motivated at work?” List items: 5 Cancel Out the Negative Thought and Re-focus on the Positive Just as you would delete a mistake on the computer, you can do it with your thoughts. Draw an imaginary “H” in the air. Breathe out & say “cancel" and refocus on the positive. Unplug From Negative Energy If you feel bad or bothered, visualize you are unplugging the negative peptides from your cells and washing it away and replacing with a positive program. The cell is the smallest form of consciousness. You can also unplug from people who may be taking your energy. Imagine in your mind that the person standing in front of you. See a cord from them to you, whether it be anger or a negative emotion. Cut the cord with a huge sword. Wrap them in white light and say “you do not have permission to take my energy.” Pull the cords out of you and put them in a fire to be burned. See yourself in your mind, standing free and filled with light from Creator. Send love to them and have them taken away by angels. Surround yourself in a bubble of light & seal it with love. Breathe! Pick one emotion or area that bothers you, identify it. i.e. feeling stressed. Assess where you are on a scale from 1-10. (1 low - 10 high) Tap below little finger on ridge of hand. Say “Even though I am feeling stressed I deeply and completely love and accept myself.” Tap on forehead, hair line repeating above statement. Now gently tap on following points repeating above phrase: between eyes at eyebrow, outside of eyebrow, under eye, under nose, chin, below collar bone, under arm. 7. Continue to say, “Even though I am feeling stressed, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.” 8. Take deep breaths, blink your eyes. 9. Assess where you are again, on scale 1-10. Hopefully, you have felt yourself be lower on the scale with less stress. Repeat above process, until you are at a 1 or 0. 10. To finish, tap in a good phrase “I am calm, centered and balanced. All is well. I have plenty of time to get everything done! I deeply love and accept myself!” Gently tap top of head, around ears and points on face as mentioned above, until you feel relaxed and centered, your natural way of being!
