Principals
Mr. Fletcher is a financial professional with over twenty-five years experience in
Corporate Finance, Corporate Triage, Executive Management, and International
Business. He has been CEO of a number of public and private companies and a
director of many for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Fletcher has
extensive experience helping executives of troubled companies work through their
difficulties. In doing so, he has successfully raised public and private equity, placed
debt and advised on the purchase and sale of numerous businesses. Mr. Fletcher also
has significant international experience and contacts, having lived and worked overseas. Mr. Fletcher
has a Masters degree in International Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, both
from the University of Southern California. He is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive
Management Program at Stanford’s Fallen Leaf Lake Campus in California. Mr. Fletcher is a
Registered Securities Representative with Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses.

Ms. Loeb is a nationally known and highly respected personality in the rapidly
changing Corporate Travel Industry. She has been Director of Corporate Travel at
three Fortune 500 companies and a member of both the Delta Airlines and United
Airlines Advisory Boards. She also has been a director of the National Business
Travel Association, the Los Angeles Business Travel Association and the Puget
Sound Business Travel Association. Ms. Loeb is an expert in developing and
implementing cost effective business travel policies and procedures utilizing current
technology to its fullest. She also has extensive experience negotiating contracts with the major travel
service providers, and has a history of negotiating some of the most favorable contracts in the industry.
In addition to her travel expertise, Ms. Loeb is also an experienced meeting planner who has advised
both public and private sector organizations on the planning and implementation of major special
events.
