Wind tunnel – Daimler AG project – mechanical design of wind tunnel components,
Collector, Test Section Diffuser and Turning Vane Corner No. 1

Create 3 D models and 2D drawing with the wind tunnel components.

Develop the mechanical structure of the Collector, Test Section Diffuser with Adjustable Flap
and moving Turning vane Corner No.1 in collaboration with aerodynamic engineer and
mechanical engineer.

Mechanical Designer - contract

Develop, prototyping and support testing and production.

Responsible from Concept Team EPA10 with develop new air reservoirs, calculate the air
necessary in the air brake system, new solution for mounting and routing the air lines and
prototype all the new solutions.

Responsible with air brake system, redesign air dryer compartment and standardized this
compartment that contents three different setups of air dryers (Graham-White, Bendix air
dryer with Consep Valve, Chicago Rawhide HD 2000/ Turbo 2000 with Consep Valve).

Responsible with the new design for air brake system including air dryer compartment, and
all air lines which connected all other air systems for the new Orion VII NG buses.

With the new design for air system I reduced production time by 20%. Improved the kneeling
system and reduced the production time installation with 75%.
Siemens Power Generation, Hamilton, (March 2005 – March 2006)
Pro/E models and drafting

Interpret client specification and process intention for a new gas turbine and apply to the
design and drawing used Pro/ENGINEER 2001 and Wildfire 2.0.

Responsible to make solid models of inlet cylinder, turbine cylinder and exhaust cylinder.
Create drawing for hydraulic and torque tensions.

Pro/E support for other members of team.
AT Enterprises, Lörrach, Germany (May 2002 – December 2004)

Consulting projects: Model rails and connecting elements for transfer rollers conveyor
system.
