NOTE: Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority would be given to clinician scientists.
+NMRC will be subsidizing 60% of the above course fee for clinicians who are Singaporean or Singapore PR and are interested to apply for NMRC grants.
Current NMRC award holder for TA, CSA and STaR will NOT be eligible for the subsidy. Subsidy is limited and would be awarded based on a first-come-first
served basis. CSU will be sponsoring attendance for Full-Time NUHS clinician. For participants eligible for CSU sponsorship and NMRC subsidy, please apply for
NMRC subsidy, then CSU sponsorship will cover the remaining amount. Please provide your identity card number for verification.

Cancellation Clause: Any cancellation or replacement must be conveyed to the Organiser in writing. There will be no refund if the cancellation is received
after 4 January 2016. A cancellation charge of 50% of fee will be levied if the cancellation is received on or before 4 January 2016.
For NUHS clinicians who applied for CSU sponsorship, please note that the full fees will be charged to your credit card if your attendance is below 75%.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the workshop and fully refund the participants should unforeseen circumstances necessitate it.
