Oliver has a Degree in Business Administration and is an Engineer by training where he spent his first 7 years in the field of
Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering. He later spent the next 15 years (since 1997) in the field of HR consulting
business, dealing with Executive Search and Training & Development and psychometrics serving many clients in consulting
solutions from various industries. His range of coaching projects range from professionals and middle to senior
management.
Oliver is a certified Psychometrist and has profiled and trained close to 10,000 people across Asia Pacific. Oliver has been
actively involved in assisting organizations in talent assessments, selection, promotion and development, career coaching &
transition, as well as coaching (behavior intervention) and development program.
