Slide 2:
-one kind of Atlantic Salmon; 6 kinds of Pacific Salmon;
-spawn – deposit eggs

-cold-blooded – its body takes on the temperature of its
habitat/environment
-camouflage – changes skin colour to match where they are

-the scales are irregular shaped
-burrow – a hole or tunnel dug in the ground
-Australia and Tasmania – found in the South Pacific Ocean

-nocturnal – they are most active at night

-babies stay in there for about 7 months; then get carried on mother’s back
