Economics Movie Critique Project Economics affects our daily lives; it is an integral part of all the choices we make. One of the perks of learning about economics and consequently, scarcity is that it allows us to make choices on a more conscious level. It is very crucial to be able to relate to economics and see clearly the link between it and our complex social lives. Therefore, based on your movie choice, you will be asked to watch and reflect on the whole idea of scarcity and opportunity cost based on the happenings of the movie. The movie is expected to last for two class periods. Requirement: Student is required to write a reflective essay of at least 500 words consisting of an introduction, body and conclusion. Through the essay the student is required to link the concepts of scarcity, opportunity costs and tradeoffs to the events of the movie then project that on their daily lives.
