1. Complete MyPyramid Plan assignment. Print out and turn in to the teacher the
report that is generated.

Create a menu for yourself that includes the foods needed to meet your daily goals.
Print the menu out and turn it in to the teacher.
3. Use the MyPyramid “Assess Your Food Intake” http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/
Record the food and drinks you have consumed in a 24 hour period. Include all snacks,
water, etc. Do not include vitamin pills. Save and analyze. Print out and turn in the

4. Use the MyPyramid “Assess Your Physical Activity” Standard Option to record the
physical activities you performed the last 24 hours. Save the information for analysis.
Print off and turn in the following reports two reports:
Physical Activity Results
Click on Physical Activity Assessment link located in the
Physical Activity Result Summary and print it off.
