FORMAT FOR COST BREAK UP OF VARIOUS ELEMENTS OF THE MACHINE

INSTRUCTIONS : 1. Important :a. For non-submission of this format duly filled, bid is liable to be rejected
b. This format must be submitted in duplicate
i. one copy mentioning Rates, to be uploaded/attached along with Price Bid
ii. Second copy mentioning word “QUOTED” in place of rates, to be uploaded/attached
along with Technical Bid. This may not be confused with Un-Priced copy of Price Bid,
which will be separately required to be Uploaded/attached by tenderer along with
Technical Bid (Please read instructions at the end of this document).
c. The quantities may be mentioned for 1 Number/Set of Machine/Plant, however in case of
Table-D (2 Years Maintenance spares), the quantities may be for complete tendered quantity
of Machine/Plant.
2. .While filling this format, due care may be taken so that there is no inconsistency between grand totals of
individual tables in this format as compared to relevant elements of Price bid template. Accordingly,
a. The cost, as mentioned in Price bid template, of Basic Machine with standard accessories should
be the same as Grand total of Table – A in this format.
b. The cost, as mentioned in Price bid template, of Additional accessories covering all as per
technical specification, should be the same as Grand total of Table – B in this format.
c. The cost, as mentioned in Price Bid template, of Tooling as per Technical Specifications should be
same as grand total of Table – C in this format. (Not applicable in this tender)
d. The cost, as mentioned in Price Bid template, of 2 years Maintenance Spares should be same as
grand total of Table – D in this format.
3. In case of any inconsistency in the Grand Total of individual tables in this format as compared to relevant
elements in Price Bid template, the rates quoted in the Price bid template will be considered for
RANKING.
4. The cost of 2 years Maintenance Spares will not be considered for RANKING.
5. If, any element corresponding to any table in this format, is not included by the buyer in Price bid
template, then tenderer may leave corresponding table in this format as blank

(Additional Accessories as per Technical Specification)
1. In this table, tenderer should mention the rates for those accessories that are specified in the tender
clauses mentioned in Column No. 1 of this table, if any.
2. In this table, tenderer may also mention rate of any other item which is specified in the tender
specification but can not be covered in TABLE–A. For such items, tenderer should also mention the
corresponding clause No. of technical specification.
3. In this table, rates should not be quoted for any item which is not covered in the technical
specification of tender.
4. However if any of the item as per tender clauses mentioned in Column No. 1 of this table is a part of
Basic Machine or Standard accessory as offered by the tenderer, the rates of such items must not to be
mentioned in this table but firm must specifically mention such items in Table–A along with the
corresponding tender clause No. It may be noted that if tenderer mention such item in this table.
They shall have to supply such items additionally.

Important Instruction for Un-Priced copy of Price-Bid: 1. The Tenderer must upload/submit along with their technical bid, Un-Priced copy of Price Bid,
otherwise their bid is liable to be summarily rejected without further communication.
2. A soft copy of Price Bid template in Word /Excel format is available as attachment to the tender. The
tenderer may download it, mention word “QUOTED” against cost elements for which they have
quoted price in their actual price bid. The vendor must also mention tax % against relevant row. The
tenderer must save it in non-editable format (eg. Pdf.) and uploaded/attach with their technical bid.
3. It may be noted that any Tax Concession form e.g. Form “C” will not be entertained by this
factory.
