Members of the Planning and Transportation Committee are hereby summoned to this meeting and reminded that
they have a duty to state any Declaration of Interest prior to the appropriate agenda item and to consider the Crime
and Disorder Act s.17 when reaching a decision. Members who wish to comment on matters within their ward may
attend and address the Committee.
Members: Councillors John Crockford-Hawley, Dave Hitchins, Frederick Parsons, Len Purnell &
Simon Stokes.
Note: 2 Members of the Committee are required for a quorum.
Prior to the commencement of the meeting, the Chairman will invite questions and observations

Council for Consideration The Town Council will have received details of applications under
separate cover (*see below). The sets of associated plans received from the District Council are available
for inspection at Grove House. Alternatively, these items can be inspected at the Planning and
Environment Directorate at Somerset House or North Somerset Council’s website, www.nsomerset.gov.uk At the time of despatch, this includes the weekly lists dated 31st
October, 7th, 14th & 21st November 2011 (attached)
