Main focus to be the selling of new and used vehicles and to maximise profitability through the sale of finance solutions and insurance to customers that have purchased a new or used vehicle from the company aiming to grow the finance customer data base. Accountabilities To assist Sales Manager in setting and achieving departmental and individual volume, profit, CSP, F&I and other related targets. Responsibility for the sales management process as documented in QMA process descriptions Responsibility for the finance process as documented in QMA process descriptions To control the Sales process ensuring all sales activities are systematically managed, including direct negotiation with customers if required, to ensure that deals retain maximum profit.
