Technology Project: Logic Games and Puzzles
You will complete a pentathlon of math events and record your results onto a Microsoft Word document. Each event
will feature a different task or game you will have to complete. Click on the link below to get started:

Coin Weighing Game – you will need to use deductive reasoning in order to complete this task using at least 4 coins. You may try to play
the game using 3 coins first to understand the logic behind the game. For a 5-pt bonus, complete the task using at least 5 coins. Once you have
successfully completed the game, type your name, teacher, and period in the "address bar" and click “Ctrl + Alt + Print Screen" on your computer
keyboard. Open this Word document and then right-click in the space to the right of the arrow at the end of this sentence in order to paste the

Sliding Block Game – you will need to use logic to complete each level. Write a conditional statement to explain what happened:

IQ Game – you will need to use inductive reasoning to finish the “cross” puzzle. You may play the “plus” puzzle to earn a 5-pt bonus.

Switch It Game – you will need to test and retest your conjectures many times in order to complete this task in 75 moves or less. The

Tactics Game – This game is very similar to the 2/4/6 game we played in class.
