This order form has different options you can have for your personalised cupcakes.
When deciding what decoration to put on your cupcakes, please consider completing this order form seven
days and no less than three days prior to your function, as some decorations need to be ordered in advance.
Please also keep in mind that stands get booked early and we do receive bookings for other functions so
please do not be disappointed if we are fully booked.
