Course Objectives
In this course, you learn to instal, configure, and mange Windows 7.You also learn to configure
many of Windows 7’s hardware, security, and networking controls.

Other Required Materials: The course will be enriched by demonstration of various concepts
covered and the media mix will include video clips, audio clips, narrated white board
demonstrations, software demonstrations, hands-on lab assignments, as well as "commentary".
There are a number of "give-away" software demo downloads which you will have the
opportunity to use during the semester. These are free and yours to keep if you like them.

The standard grading scale of:
90-100% equals an "A",
80-89% equals a "B",
70-79% equals a "C",
60-69% equals a "D",
and 0-59% equals an "F".
Late Assignments Policy: Late assignments may be turned in within one week of due date with
a 20% penalty. No assignments will be accepted after the final exam date!!!!
Make-up Exam Policy: You are expected to take all exams on the scheduled days. Make-up
exams are NOT guaranteed, but are granted at the discretion of the instructor. If make-up exams
are necessary, it is necessary to make arrangements with the instructor PRIOR to exam date.
NOTE: There is NO make-up exam for the final.
