FURNISHED CAR COVERAGE
In consideration of an Additional Premium of US${Response} it is mutually understood and
agreed that FURNISHED CAR COVERAGE is provided for and only for the following drivers:DRIVER NAME
DATE OF BIRTH
DRIVERS LICENSE NO.
No coverage is provided hereunder if anyone else is driving the car other than prospective
customers of the Assured who are test driving the car (accompanied by the Assured or an
employee of the Assured) and full-time employees of the Assured during business hours and on
company business.
If the furnished car is valued over US$25,000 at retail, this insurance excludes any loss which
occurs overnight when not in use and while away from the Assured's Named Location unless at
the time of such loss the car was in locked garage.
EXCLUSIONS 3 of the LSW 177 (Dealers Open Lot) form to which this Endorsement is deemed
to be attached shall apply at all times.
