Instructions:
Using Trailhead (self service), the current bulletin (bulletin.mines.edu), and the Registrar’s website
(http://inside.mines.edu/Registrar-A-to-Z/) as a guide, answer the following questions. Once complete, print and bring
to class.
1. Step by step, where would you go to see if you have a hold on your account preventing registration?
- Trailhead- self service- student- registration status

2. How would you know if there is still space left in a class you want to register for? (hint: look at the fall 2015
course offerings)
- Look up class list- the number under the “rem” box is the remaining number of seats
- Or, on the class list you can subtract the actual number of registered students from the cap
3. Looking at the fall 2015 course offerings, write down the CRNs for the sections of EPICS I that meet Tuesdays,
Thursdays & Fridays at 10am.

4. What are the prerequisites for Statics (CEEN241)? Where did you find this information?
- In the bulletin, click on the hyperlinked class listing or in trailhead, click the bulletin entry for the class
