The Annual Christmas Gift Shop, held at the Togus VA Center, is one of the Maine Auxiliary's longest running
programs and requires a huge amount of support to be successful. We also have in place 6 gift shops throughout
the state to benefit our VA Homes. As an organization, we must raise the money to support our 6 Gift Shops and
Togus Gift Shop. The amount that is listed in our budget is what is expected from donations from the units not
money allocated out of the administrative budget. All donations are to be made payable to ALA, Dept. of
Maine, earmarked Togus Gift Shop or one of the VA Home Gift Shops and mailed to Department Secretary
Dora Michaud, 886B Kennedy Memorial Dr., Oakland, ME 04963. No checks are to be sent directly to the VA
Representative or made out to them.
