Package A:
$730.00 I provide digital photography. I burn the images to CD and give the CDs to you. You
preview the images then print the ones you want. (This is my most popular package.)
Package B:
$800.00 I provide digital photography. I burn the images to CD and give the CDs to you. I also
submit the images to an on-line photo service where, for a nominal fee, they may be viewed and
printed by anyone you invite.

I shoot 200 to 360 images.

I come to your home to photograph the Bar/Bat Mitzvah for the paper. This includes 1-hour of photography
and at least 36-images. I bring a backdrop and studio lights. (See Additional Options)

I come to the Temple and photograph the rehearsal.

I photograph the party. If allowed, I arrive earlier than scheduled to photograph the decorations before
anyone arrives.
If you need any special photographs, such as a family photograph, I am happy to accommodate you. Please ask
me. I want to work with you to make the event enjoyable and memorable.
Additional Options:
$60.00/hr. For portrait sessions exceeding 1-hour, with multiple clothes changes,
outdoor portraits, with additional family members, pets, etc. (Min. 1-hour)
$80.00. I will bring a large backdrop and studio lights to the party for family pictures.
$150.00. Following the morning service, I photograph the luncheon, the HaMotzi and
room decorations.

Terms and Conditions
STUDIO LIABILITY
The studio takes the utmost care to provide technically correct and aesthetically pleasing photographs.
The studio uses professional film, digital media and equipment for professional results, and always brings
backup equipment. Be assured that this studio takes every precaution to avoid equipment failure.
However, in the event that the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract due to negligence,
accident, or any other avoidable or unavoidable action in performing the functions set forth in this
contract, liability is limited to the refund of deposits.
COPYRIGHT ADVERTISING RIGHTS
It is agreed that you, without any further consideration to the studio, have full use of all negatives,
photographs, reproductions and digital images taken by the studio.
It is further agreed that you acting as agent for all event participants grant the studio all rights for display,
publication and advertising use of all negatives, photographs, reproductions and digital images taken
under this agreement.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit equal to one half of the balance is due when booking the studio’s services. The
remaining balance is due two-weeks before the event.

Check your computer! Some computers will have either a CD reader/burner or a DVD reader/burner. Some computers have both.
 A DVD reader/writer will read a CD, but a CD reader/writer WILL NOT READ a DVD!
 Newer home DVD players will play burned CD’s and DVD’s. Models 2006 and older may not. If you want to show your pictures on your
TV, make sure your DVD player is able to play burned media.
 CD: Holds approx. 700MB. It takes several CDs to hold all of the files from a party.
 DVD: Holds approx. 4.7GB. It takes 1 to 2 DVDs to hold all of the files from a party.
