New Associate Sales Manager

$50,000 - $70,000
Principal Requirements:

To provide sales management and training to new members of Boundless Network, with an emphasis on
training professionals with no prior industry experience.

To work closely with classes of salespeople to ensure a successful transition

To have a knowledge of the promotional products industry and how to effectively educate individuals on the
nuisances of the industry.

To be the central point of communication between sales channel and corporate office

To work closely with the corporate office to develop a scaleable training methodology/strategy that enables
the Company to drive consistent quarter/quarter growth.
Responsibilities:

The sales manager will have skills and understanding of the training cycle, planning, developing, delivering
and evaluating training.

The sales manager will be required to train individuals on a range of different subjects including:
promotional products industry, salesforce.com, newly developed technology and tools, newly defined
processes and procedures, and strategic selling.

Develop, plan, coordinate and deliver courses in accordance with identified needs.

Continually monitor and evaluate the materials based on feedback learned from training sessions.

Provide post-training support to answer questions based on the training curriculum.

Work with management to define solutions to scale the training requirements.

Be prepared to travel as necessary to provide courses for participants in suitable locations. For the initial
year, majority of all training will be based out of Texas.

Report to COO.
Person Specification

6-8 years of industry and/or sales experience.

Demonstrate the ability to apply training experience to work with people of different skills with a wide range
of business acumen.

Demonstrate an understanding of the training cycle, including training analysis, planning, development, and
evaluation.

Experience in working with a large number of distributed salespeople.

Passionate individual with high amount of energy and high amount of personal integrity.

Experience in communicating with professionals.

Self starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
