is responsible for buying and reconstructing Non-performing Assets and recovering debts.
Job Responsibility -











Handling WEST Region MIS maintenance for Publication and Taken month wise
projection follow-ups with PRM’s.
SARFAESI Requisition Memo preparation and verification as per Act.
Preparation and verification of publication, 13(4) Intimation letter and Symbolic
Possession notice as per SARFAESI Act. And co-ordination with the Delhi team.
WEST Region collection data maintenance monthly and quarterly.
Mapping SOA (Statement of Accounts) along with as on date calculation of
Customer’s Accounts.
Maintain termination tracker and generate mail to Delhi team to terminate the
title documents of customer.
Processing of all vendor bills for the bank i.e. scrutinizing, raising voucher for
approvals, payment follow-ups, coordination and final negotiation with vendors.
Co-ordinate with vendors regarding bills. Maintaining files and folders (Property
title docs) reconciliation data monthly.
Internal administration work (Inward/Outward bound documents for legal and
non-legal purposes maintained in the register)
Maintaining stationery records for office purpose.
Making payment receipt (Only for Mumbai) and publishing daily collection report
of WEST region.
Making RCU report for new joinee employee and co-ordination with HR team.
