The following equipment listed below is available, on state contract, for law enforcement agencies to apply for concerning this application.

NOTE** All camera contracts are due to expire in September 2014 ** (We expect all vendors to renew their contract
and are working now to renew early, but if they do not, purchases will have to be made through another vendor or
purchased by your agency and submitted for reimbursement.)

Agencies will be responsible for all software, storage and set up/installation costs related to the digital camera systems. Agencies
that want a camera system, different from those listed above, may request one up to the dollar amount of $5,000 per camera. These
special requests may not always be honored by the review committee. Please list the camera system you are requesting if different

Law enforcement agencies that receive equipment from this program shall use the equipment in a manner set forth by your own policies and
procedures. Equipment awarded through this program will be used primarily to enforce alcohol and drug related violations. Make sure appropriate
records are maintained in an effort to comply with state and local audits should they occur.
