Geophysics Researcher JRE10127
Education: Advance degree in Geophysics or any closely related subject. PhD. preferred.
Experience: 10-15 years combined experience in oil industry, academia and /or government
employment related to geophysical activities. Publications, invited presentations, professional
awards and honors and professional society activities. Worked with a variety of data sets land
and marine, seismic and non-seismic. Worked in a variety of geological and geographical areas.
Significant knowledge in geology, rocks physics, formation evaluation, reservoir engineering,
simulation and drilling 10-15 years devoted primarily to research.
Reservoir Management Specialist JRE10339
Education: B.S. Engineering or equivalent technical field. M.S or PhD is desirable, but not
required; intensive industry training including appropriate specialized courses and seminars is
expected. Experience: Typically has ten (10) years of related experience including at least the last
5 years in intensive experience in area of expertise. Must be clearly recognized by both

reservoir simulation model results; and 2) developing workover and drilling plans, and
improved production and recompletion strategies aimed at maintaining the field
production target and optimizing reserves. The individual should have strong oral and
written English communication skills. Computer and simulation skills, demonstrated
ability to train others and familiarity with geological concepts, emerging technologies and
horizontal well applications are a definite plus.
Reservoir Engineering Researcher JRE9680
B.S. Engineering or equivalent technical field. M.S or PhD is desirable, but not required;
intensive industry training including appropriate specialized courses and seminars is
expected. Experience: Typically has ten (10) years of related experience including at least

Initiate, lead, provide consultation and conduct research in reservoir engineering
specialties both individually and/or along with a team. Specific focus is on hydrocarbon

Reservoir Simulation Specialist JRE10329
Education: BS Petroleum Engineering. MS or PhD. preferred. Knowledge base of the latest
developments in computer science and petroleum engineering technology through work
experience, conferences, seminars and professional journals. Excellent command of the English
language is required to prepare complex technical reports and oral presentations in a clear,
concise and factual manner. Experience: 12-15 years with at least 5 years directly related to
petroleum engineering computer applications development and support. During this work
experience the individual would have demonstrated outstanding performance and would have
functioned independently as a recognized professional. Individual must possess outstanding
analytical abilities.
Well Testing Specialist JRE10330
Education: MS Science, or PhD/ MS Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 15 years experience. Extensive backgrounds in horizontal/ multilateral/ complex
geometry well test analysis. Experience with open hole drill stem test tools, cased hole test tools,
closed chamber test techniques. Expert user of analytical and numerical test analysis software.
Pressure transient analysis of oil and gas well tests including interference test. Expert user of
analytical test analysis software (Saphir, Pan System, WELLTEST-200). Modeling/ Interpretation
of well test data using numerical test analysis packages. Design, onsite supervision and analysis
of exploration well test (in particular HPHT sour gas wells). Design and interpretation of wire
line tool test data, (MDT, RCI, and RDT). Prepare project reports and technical
presentations/publications. Provide consultation/ mentorship/ training to other engineers,

including acidizing and hydraulic fracturing.
Production Engineering Researcher JRE9679

Petroleum Economics Specialist JRE10338
Degree or advanced degree in Engineering with 10-15 years experience in the oil industry gained
with a reputable oil & gas consulting and/or E&P company with significant emphasis and
specialization in Reservoir Engineering and exposure to project related activities. Candidate
should have a B.Sc. degree petroleum or chemical engineering; a Master Degree in petroleum
and/or economics (MBA) is preferable but .not required. The candidate should have experience in
leading, participating in and conducting integrated studies and analysis in a multi-disciplinary and
multi-cultural setting. He must have in-depth experience in oil and gas reserves estimation and
assessment, production development and investment decision analysis (or economic evaluations)
that incorporates risk and uncertainty.

Degree or advanced degree in Engineering with 10-12 years exp with transient multiphase
pipeline flow simulation, pipeline and facilities design and operation. Experience preferably from
R&D, consulting / engineering companies and oil companies. Specialized technical skills and indepth understanding of oil and gas wells and pipelines dynamic multiphase flow technology and
its impact on well and pipeline network performance and operation. Extensive proven hands-on
experience on transient multiphase flow and a track record in publishing new technical findings.
Full understanding of dynamic multiphase pipeline flow analysis and use of computer simulation
programs. A full understanding of impact of flow from wells and pipelines on operation of slug
catchers and separators and viceversa the impact on pipeline flow from operation of these vessels.

Drilling & Workover
Drilling Engineer JRE10139
Education: BS Engineering. Experience: 7 years in drilling engineering and the design of vertical,
horizontal and multilateral oil and gas wells. Knowledge and experience in the application of new
drilling technology and underbalanced drilling are desirable. Writes drilling and workover
programs for oil development, gas and water wells. Writes well completion reports. Monitors
daily drilling operations and provides technical and engineering support to drilling operations.
Evaluates new drilling equipment and procedures to reduce cost and increase drilling efficiency.
Drilling Supervisor JRE10142
Education: BS Petroleum, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or High School diploma. Current
certificate in BOP and Well Control. Experience: 9 years with a BS, 15 years without a BS.
Candidate should have skill and expertise both in Deviated Drilling including Short Radius
Horizontal Wells. Preferably should have offshore jackup drilling experience and should have indepth knowledge of Top Drive Units, MWD Technology, DST equipment, well testing and
stimulation, drilling exploratory wells. Open and cased hole completions, basic fishing
operations, running long string of casing, cementing with multistage tools, running and cementing
big size casing, and oil bases muds. Must have proven job knowledge to handle operational
responsibilities on critical, high temperature/high pressure wells as deep as 17,000 feet with
heavy mud weights as high as 165 PCF in high H2S concentrations of 20%. Must have basic
computer skills.
Oil Operations
Production Engineer (JRE11213)
Education: BS Engineering. Experience: 9 to 10 years. Diversified experience in all
aspects of well completions and production engineering. Must have a thorough
knowledge of production monitoring and maintenance , completion design, production
logging, well test design and analysis, coiled tubing and workover operations, electric
and slick line operations, and well control. Experience with electrical submersible pumps,
and horizontal and multi-lateral completions is beneficial. Will have experience as a
production engineer in high water cut fields where high capacity artificial lift techniques
are used. Candidate should have been involved with stimulation and re-completion
techniques in high water cut carbonate reservoirs. Must be proficient in computer
operations and software applications including flow simulation and reservoir
surveillance.
Production Engineer (JRE11214)
Education: BS Petroleum, Chemical or Production Engineering. Experience: 10-15 years
diversified experience with broad knowledge of all facts of production engineering.
Should have extensive experience of well completion/recompletion operations, wellbore
intervention techniques and optimization of production systems. Design, installation and
performance monitoring of ESPs and gas lifting. Application of hydraulic fracturing
techniques in tight carbonate reservoirs. Thorough understanding of safety and
environmental practices. Effective communication and mentoring with high computer
skills. Ability to train and develop others. Must be aware of safety related issues with
well, production facilities and environment.
Maintenance Engineer JRE10328
EDUCATION: B.S. Mechanical. He will provide contracting, technical, and engineering support
to plants piping & vessels for all plants. Some of the responsibilities of the engineers will be to:
Review engineering design packages before implementation and propose/follow up the execution
plan as required. Initiate & follow up on contract scope for facilities piping and vessels
repair/replacement and re-conditioning for all GOSPs, WIPs and wells.
Senior Operations Engineer JRE10109
Education: BS Mechanical or Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. Licensed Engineer
is an advantage but not mandatory. Experience: 9 years. In-depth knowledge of international
specifications, codes and standards with a knowledge of engineering practices and economic
principles, calculation methods and design details. Knowledge of crude oil, gas compression and
water injection. Specific experience in engineering support of crude oil processing, gas
compression plant and field piping and water injection is required. Must be recognized as an
expert in operations engineering field.
Electrical Engineer JRE9015
B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.E.E.) Experience must show capability of developing
design packages for new and existing electrical installations including technical scope of work,
BOM, equipment specification, and engineering drawings. Thorough knowledge of industry
codes and standards such as NEC, NEMA, and IEC. Must have minimum of 9 years experience
in the electrical design area for oil and gas facility or similar industry. Must have extensive
experience developing electrical one-line and wiring diagrams, control schematics, grounding
layout, and cable & conduit schedules. Experience must include field and site survey.
Mechanical Design Engineer JRE10117
Design Engineer with a Bachelor of Mech. Engineering degree from an internationally
recognized Institution. Minimum of 9 years experience in hydrocarbon industry. Must be familiar
with piping design and stress analysis (CAESAR software is a plus. Working knowledge of
piping code ASME B31.3, B31.4 & B31.8 process flow and piping and instrument diagrams
(Microstation ) familiarity is a plus. Hydraulic design of piping systems (use of Crane handbook
or relevant software) and ability to lead designers and draftsmen in detailed piping design.
Development of data sheets and basic design of pressure vessels.
Production Engineer JRE10110
Education: BS Petroleum or MS or PhD is desirable. Intensive industry training including
appropriate specialized courses and seminars. Experience: 9 years of related experience including

knowledge of all facets of production, reservoir and drilling engineering. Should have extensive

BS in Mechanical Engineering. Candidate shall have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in
analyzing performance of, troubleshooting, selecting, and maintenance of complex rotating
equipment including pumps, mechanical seals, compressors, and combustion gas turbines used in
the petrochemical industry. Experience with C. G. T.s such as Rolls Royce Olympus, GE
LM2500 and GE frame 5 machines desirable.
Structural Engineer JRE10116
B.S. Structural Engineering. EXPERIENCE: Nine (9) years, preferably in the oil industry or
similar process industry, such that the incumbent is clearly recognized as an expert in the field.
Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation
methods, design details, U.S. and Aramco s Codes, Standards and Specifications. Provide direct
maintenance support for offshore and onshore structures. Perform detailed structural analysis of
platforms tanks/vessels using SACS and/or ALGORE, for offshore and onshore faculties. Review
and approve structural engineering drawings. Review Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards.
Prepare engineering design package for repair/modification of offshore platforms, piping tanks
and vessels.
Instrument Engineer JRE8331
B.S. degree in Instrument / Electrical Engineering. 9 years minimum practical experience as
design engineer in control valves; controllers, both digital and analog; and transmitters, both
digital and analog, point-to-point field wiring for instrumentation and associated power. Areas of
expertise should include Field bus Technology, compressor control and anti-surge protection
systems, development of ESD ladder or functional logic, logic sequences, boiler controls,
analyzer systems, DCS and associated interface. Adequate experience in one or more process
control systems and associated subsystems such as Honeywell Distributed Control Systems TDC3000, Yokogawa Vnet/IP, Emerson Delta V, ABB/Baily INFT 90, Triconex ESD, ICS Triplex
ESD, Bristol Babcock RTUs and open Enterprise SCADA system. Knowledge of the Emerson
Delta V. and/or ABB/Baily INFL 90 is a plus.
Process Engineer JRE10124
B.S. Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 10 years field experience working in
GOSP and Desalting Facilities and also Gas Compression Plants. - Membership in the
appropriate Society of chemical or Process Engineer considered a plus. - Have 10 years
experience working as a Process Engineer in the operation of GOSPs, Desalting Plants
and Gas compression Plants. - The candidate should also have experience in water

Saudi Aramco Lubricating Oil Refining Company (Luberef) is a joint
venture between Saudi Arabian Oil Company and ExxonMobil. It is the
only producer of Lubricating Base Oils & it owns and operates two lube oil
refineries, one in the city of Jeddah and the other in the industrial city of
Yanbu. Luberef’s total base oil production is designed at 550,000 MT per year from
both refineries.

Diploma in Fire Science. 1. All qualities of Safety and Fire Captain with a min of 8-10 years
experience in fire fighting techniques relative to petroleum industry
2 Good knowledge in loss prevention for petroluem industry and to deal with fire trucks and fire
apparatus
3. Experience in training the firemen the techniques of fire extinguishment
4. Good knowledge in fire and safety equipment
5. Experience in conducting emergency response drills.
6. Ability to work in shift system.
CHIEF SAFETY AND FIRE JRE7756
The incumbent should have good knowledge in loss prevention for petroleum industry.
Experience in teaching and training on corrected methods and techniques of fire extinguishment.
Has deep knowledge to deal with fire trucks and fire apparatus. He must be a qualified Safety and
Fire Chief with experience in fire fighting techniques relative to Petroleum industry, and
experience in fire and accident investigation and relating reports with excellent experience in
planning, organizing, and conducting emergency response drills to test the team performance.
He must have at least 2 to 4 years supervisory experience
