To work towards perfecting the spelling, practice writing any words that you miss several times. Make flash cards (use the online resource if you wish). Just making them will help you learn. Use them to quiz yourself or have someone else do it. Have someone quiz you on the definitions. Remind him/her that you do not need to know them word for word. If you have an idea of what the word means, you should be good to go. If you misspelled any vocabulary words on your homework write the words you misspelled several times for practice. If you have any “down time” throughout the day use it to look over your words. Afternoon study hall would be a great time to study your words. Just these few minutes a few times a week will be helpful!
