The company currently has work orders of close to $1MM as of now with another $2MM in pipeline.
The company already executed some big projects including a multi-storey building project and 2 small bridges till date.
Current projects include 2 more bridges and excavation work in various rural part of India.
Introduced the Gratuity scheme for the first time in India for unskilled/semi-skilled labors and in turn it helped the company in
controlling the attrition of labors.
Introduced onsite residential facility for its entire employee including free medical facility for labors.
The company is still trying to break-even and is currently facing major cash flow due to high receivables on its book.
Work includes filling tenders for different construction projects, interacting with bigger companies for potential work order,

for risk involvement in the Credit Card Business.
To develop new models, Credit limits tables, Strategies and other ad-hoc analysis to justify and review Loss Rate, Approval rate,
etc to increase the ROE/ROA on the portfolio.
Used Regression techniques and other statistical methods for performing different analytical works.
Developed various strategies based on scores and other attributes for the Power Sports customers that help in swapping out
potential riskier profiles with better credit profile customer and thus helps in loss mitigation.
Developed Profit and Loss Model for Power sports portfolio, which takes into account the retro loss rate, recovery rate and other
profit and loss variables to predict the ROE/ROA for the portfolio.
Build Promotion Pricing and Loss forecasting Models for Private Label Credit Cards.
Developed a new Bankruptcy strategy for Power Sports customers that generated total additional sales of $47MM till date.
Worked for 2 months on an onsite assignment in HSBC, North America and indentified a highly risky promotional program
and was instrumental in terminating the program that helped saved potential $14 MM.

work for the festival, managing finance so as not to overshoot the budget, interacting with corporate for sponsorships and
managing all aspects of the festival for successful completion. Being the Festival Coordinator, I had created the student body
and was heading it till completion.
Authored a journal publication title “Back Calculation of Pavement Layer Moduli from FWD data Using Genetic
Algorithm”, which was published in the December 2003 edition of International Journal of Pavement Engineering and
Asphalt Technology.
