For an internship as Product Manager
Assistant in International Marketing
From July 2015 for 6 months
You will be integrated to the International Marketing team of Category Innovation Center, in charge of
developing products for European Home Care Division. This team manages several prestigious and leading
brands such as Ajax, N°1 for cleaners in Europe, Palmolive, Paic, or Soupline. The team manages strategic
development, prepare market and trend analysis, develop new products and its advertising.
To be able to contribute and take advantage of this experience, you’d need to have skills such as: creativity,
priority management, discipline, analytical skills, ability to work team in an international team.
The team is actively working with the Direction of European Division, Countries’ Operational Marketing teams,
several technical departments in the world and also headquarters in New York.
Autonomous and responsible, your missions will be complete and diverse:

strategically :
 Competitive and markets analysis
 Growth opportunities analysis for our brands
 Recommendations
 Active participation in new products and concepts development
 New packaging and design developments

operationally :
 Follow up with new products development with technical teams : R&D, pack, fragrance
 Coordination of work with European subsidiaries
 Consumer tests implementation and follow-up
You will work for European or Worldwide known brands and will be trained by Category Managers to
understand the tools and techniques in order to achieve your goals.
You are:
 4th or 5th year of your studies (for France: 2nd or 3rd year of your Business School)
 Already experienced in marketing (ideally in an FMCG company)
 Fluent in written and spoken English - mandatory

Salary: Master’s Degree : 1500€ brut, License Degree 1200€ brut
