10. Temporary Part-time Faculty-Academic Fall 2012 Only Hire

Normally, TPTF's hired for the Fall semester, who are subsequently hired for the

Spring semester, only require the complete review to be conducted in the Spring semester. However, there are instances when a Department may not be aware that a TPTF hired for the Fall semester only will then be needed for the Spring semester as well. In these cases, the TPTF's will be treated as a Full Year hire, and the performance review conducted in the Fall (if a complete review and deemed effective) will be sufficient. The Department will not need to conduct another complete review in the Spring semester. However, student evaluations should still be conducted in the Spring semester.
