ATA Airlines was an Indianapolis based airline with scheduled service to US & Caribbean destinations as well
as charter/military flights.
Progressed through the ranks as a Systems Engineer III, Systems Consultant and last as Manager of
Business Systems. Responsible for the staff management of 9 developers including workload management
and prioritization, skill set evaluation & reviews, training plans and team building in a 24X7 environment.
Client areas included all operational areas (and finance for one year). Participated in budget process for IS
projects for all client areas. Key recruiter for department for backfill and new positions; work on analyzing and
improving recruiting methods to make better matches for the team & increase retention rates. Functioned as
project manager for various types projects including internal upgrades/conversions, vendor package
integration and custom development. Due to the small size of the department, project management also

and procedures were adhered to, and ensured that design and code walk-through procedures were adhered
to.
