Please note that due to security rules, a staff may not request access changes to his/her own SATS account. This form needs to be completed by teachers, program coordinators and general staff who require access to SATS. Please complete sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 and review the policies outlined in the conditions of use and the business processes on page 2 of this form. Non-College staff: I understand that I may not alter or update attendance information; and that my access in SATS is limited to viewing and reporting on data held by the University; unless I have been explicitly authorised to update data as part of my operational duties in the maintenance of the student attendance system.
