TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:

- We Fabricate our own Tooling, F iberglass Mold and jigs (In House)

and supply molded car carpets within 45 days.

- We have a Technical Agreement with Hayashi Telempu, Japan.

- We have the capability to open soft design and translate it to Molds.

- We produce and manufacture Non-Wooven Needlepunch rolls.

- We provide support to major Car Assemblers for the development of

localized carpet parts.

Process 1: Carpet Cutting – carpet rolls are cut into sizes per model.

Process 2: Moulding – carpet is re-melted & moulded per model .

Process 3: Marking & Trimming – moulded carpet is marked & perimeter trimmed to conform to

form per model.

Process 4: Punching – carpet holes are punch based on marking locations

Process 5: Clipping – accessories are attached to the carpet by clippings

Process 6 : Fusion Bonding – heelpad & footrest are attached by heat bonding per model.

Process 7: Underlaying – sound & heat proofing insulations are attached at carpet backing per model.

Process 8: Finishing Finals – carpet are QC checked using jigs & prepared for packing
