C. CAPABILITY
Please provide a brief statement demonstrating your capability to provide Agency Labour Hire services for each

D. ACCEPTANCE OF UNSW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please advise your acceptance of the clauses in the ‘UNSW Master Agreement – Agency Labour Hire’
(Schedule 2). Agencies must describe and give reasons for any proposed exceptions and state any effect on
their Application (including commercial terms) if the proposed exception is rejected by UNSW.

For Agencies who have not provided services to UNSW during the previous 12 months, please provide two (2)

be given to those Applicants who have relevant experience in the tertiary education sector.

Please provide your proposed fees below for each category indicated.
Important Note: Proposed fees must be sufficient to ensure top quality (including ‘cream of the crop’)
candidates are offered to UNSW at all times. It should be noted that Qualified Agencies who, upon
review, are deemed by UNSW to have repeatedly offered sub-standard candidates may risk being
disqualified from the Program (and subsequently denied the ability to re-apply for 12 months, if at all).
Agency Staff Fees
Gross Margin is defined as the percentage (%) applied to a candidate’s Total Remuneration Package (base rate
plus superannuation & benefits) to determine the agency’s fee (ie: the rate that UNSW is liable to pay your

agency). The Gross Margin should include all other applicable statutory costs (workers compensation and
payroll tax), agency operating costs, agency profits, and any other applicable costs (e.g., professional indemnity
insurance etc).

G. REGISTRATION/MEMBERSHIP
Provide evidence (copies) of registration with other NSW government procurement panels or
Membership to RCSA or other industry-specific recruitment bodies.
H. EVIDENCE OF INSURANCES
Provide evidence (copies) of appropriate insurances held, including Public Liability, Workers Compensation and
Professional Indemnity.
