IIUM EMPLOYEES’ CHILDREN’S EDUCATION EXCELLENT AWARD 2008
Requirements:

Application must be made by IIUM staff members only.

Application must be for the staff members’ legal children only.

Staff members’ children who have taken any major examination in the year 2008 and achieved
academic results as specified as follows may apply:
i)
UJIAN PENILAIAN SEKOLAH RENDAH (UPSR); or UJIAN PENILAIAN SEKOLAH AGAMA (UPSA)

Minimum of 5As; or
Minimum of 5As
ii) PENILAIAN MENENGAH RENDAH (PMR)

Minimum of 8As
iii) SIJIL PELAJARAN MALAYSIA (SPM); or
‘O’ LEVELS
-
Minimum of 8A1s; or
Minimum of 5As
iv) SIJIL TINGGI PELAJARAN MALAYSIA (STPM); or ‘A’ LEVELS; or
MATRICULATION
-
Minimum of 4As; or
Minimum of 3As; or
Minimum of CGPA of 3.5
Submission Process:
-
Application form must be submitted together with :
i) a copy of the examination result slip; and
ii) birth certificate of the children
