Embryo #1-5 (Embryo was a photocopied/hand-stapled poetry fanzine
edited by Moore. It included many poems written by Moore, and
much of the artwork was provided by him as well. Note that some
of the poems are early examples of his interest in Lovecraftian
and Orwellian themes. Embryo #5 also includes the first and
only episode of the sci-fi comic strip Once There Were Daemons.
