Charity Golf Day
Chevin Golf Club, Duffield
Foundation Derbyshire will be holding its eleventh annual charity golf day at Chevin Golf
Course in Duffield on Friday 25th September 2015.
We will be welcoming teams to join us for a round of golf, followed by a meal, and the
chance to find out more about the work that we do. Teams can also win some fantastic
prizes and take part in our charity prize draw. We would like to invite you to join us in
making this event as successful as ever, in one or more of the following ways:
Enter a team:
The cost of entering a team will be £200 and includes:
 Coffee and biscuits on arrival
 Bacon rolls and other snacks are available from the bar
 18 holes of golf at The Chevin
 A choice of tee times from 09.00am-2.30pm
 A team stableford competition (2 out of 4 score)
 Several additional prizes for nearest the pin, longest drive etc
 A meal on your return to the clubhouse
Sponsorship:
There are several sponsorship opportunities, including:
 Sponsor a hole (£50)
 Sponsor a prize – e.g. Nearest The Pin or Longest Drive (£50 each)
 Sponsor the refreshments
 Sponsor the brochure and score cards

Charity Prize Draw:
If you would like to support us by donating a gift for our prize draw, we would be very
grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible to ensure that we can include a full
list of prizes in the golf day brochure.
In-Kind Support:
As a charity we rely on help from larger organisations to reduce our costs, ensuring that
the maximum amount of money raised goes straight back to the Foundation. There are
many ways that our supporters help us, including printing, graphic design, catering,
venue hire etc. If you would like to work with us on this or any other event, please call us
