ITERNATIONAL INVESTMENT FORUM
«Sevastopol – the territory of rapid investment»
INVESTMENT FORUM
- annual international platform for dialogue
between authorities and businessmen which will
stimulate the improvement of investment climate
and economic development, increase the region
competitiveness.
THE MAIN PURPOSE
- is to present Sevastopol potential, demonstrate
the largest investment projects and discuss the
perspectives along with the conditions of foreign
companies work in the region.
LOCATION
- Sevastopol Institute of Banking of the
Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National

Commercial and residential real
estate
Investment potential, projects:
- Construction of a multipurpose administrative
and office centre in the area of Vostavshich
square, 6 (the amount of investments is 16,5 mln.
US dollars );
- Construction of a business centre in the area of
Vostavshich square, 6 (the amount of investments
is 11 mln. US dollars);
- Reconstruction of shabby housing stock in the
areas of:
- Korabelny side on Istomina Street and Parshina
Street;
- Near the Matjushenko mountain (the amount of
investments makes 7,9 mln. US dollars);
- Gagarin avenue, the Streletsky bay;
- Profsouznaja Street, 1, Groshev Street, 11;
- Building of a multipurpose residential complex
"Friendship" in the area of Omega bay (340
million hrn.).
Ports and marine complex
Investment potential, projects:
- Construction of a container terminal on the
western coast of Kamishovy bay (Open join-stock
company " Southreftransfleet", (the amount of
investments equals to 65 million US dollars).
Municipal and alternative energy
Investment potential, projects:
- The upgrade of municipal power system of
Sevastopol by decentralization of present systems
of heat supply using modern water supply
technologies (the amount of investments is 427,3
million hrn.);
- Construction of co-generation power plant
working on natural gas (190,0 million hrn.);
- Financing of the completion of the 1st turn of the
factory dealing with manufacture of details for
wind generation installations (Open joint-stock
Company «Metal Service Group»; the amount of
investments equals to 320 million hrn.)
- Heat pumping installation of the hot water supply
in Sevastopol (the amount of investments is 26
million euro.).
Recreation and tourism
Investment potential, projects::
- Construction of a hotel-expocentre and future
transfer of exhibition to a city, (the Panorama
area);
- Construction of a health complex of multi-store
cottage type with coast protection constructions in
Belbek area (the amount of investments is 42,0
mln. US dollars);
- Available land parcels for mini yacht-clubs and
large yacht complexes (Cossack, Kamishovy,
Streletsky, Troitsky bays).
Industrial real estate
Presentation of available land parcels and
industrial plants to attract investments in
construction and/or arranging of capacities in
Sevastopol
(Plants: the Musson, the Parus, the Mayak, the
Era, etc.).
