Joel A. Pogar National Practice Manager of Data Security Siemens Enterprise Networks Joel Pogar is a nationally respected information security consultant, author and expert media reference. His unique background in law enforcement, business and technology have enabled him to become one of the top professionals in data security. During his career, Joel has possessed fourteen different technical certifications and has graduated from accredited universities with degrees in Criminal Justice and Information Systems Management. He is an experienced expert witness and has appeared in state and federal court to testify on issues relating to computer crime. Currently, Mr. Pogar is the National Practice Manager of Data Security for Siemens Enterprise Networks, a global provider of real time communications systems.
