Stokely Hospitality Enterprises Welcomes New Sales/Marketing Director

Sevierville, Tennessee – October 1, 2012 – Stokely Hospitality Enterprises would like to
welcome Amber Pfohl to the Applewood Farmhouse Family. Amber, a graduate of
Pellissippi State Community College, comes to us with ServeSafe Certification and
Brinker International Corporate Training. In addition she possesses an extensive
background in sales, marketing, and restaurant operations with organizations such as
Sysco, Aubrey’s, and Stir Fry Cafe. As Director of Sales and Marketing for Stokely
Hospitality Enterprises she will fill the vital role of liaison for guests, business associates,
vendors and staff. In the words of President William B. Stokely, IV, “We look forward to
