WHAT IS DEMOLAY?
DeMolay is an organization dedicated to preparing young men to lead successful, happy, and
productive lives. Basing its approach on timeless principles and hands-on experience,
DeMolay opens doors for young men aged 12 to 21 by developing the civic awareness,
personal responsibility and leadership skills so vitally needed in society today. DeMolay
combines this serious mission with a fun approach that builds important bonds of friendship
among members.
If we are to form a Chapter, we need a Masonic Sponsor(s). Your lodge, Chapter or Masonic
group may wish to be the CHARTER SPONSOR?
WHO IS INVITED & NEEDED?
 Lodge Masters, Secretaries and any member
 Parents (Mom & Dad) who have boys aged 12-21 that want to be a part of DeMolay
 Parents do NOT need to be a Mason to join
 Friends, neighbours, colleagues that have young boys with an interest
DID YOU KNOW?
 6 out of 10 DeMolay members remain involved and become Freemasons
 Ontario currently has 7 DeMolay Chapters across the Province
 DeMolay is an International organization with 1,000 chapters worldwide
 Meetings are run by the boys themselves; much like craft lodge with Officers, degrees,
memory work and regalia is worn
 DeMolay is an excellent, safe venue to build confidence, leadership and life skills for
young men
