Christmas Theme Basket & Dance Times 2014
Just a reminder that we assign to each class a “themed” basket; it would be greatly appreciated
if you could donate an item that can be added to your students’ basket(s). The baskets will be
part of the raffle & silent auction event during the Christmas Festival. Please give the donated
items to your teacher, Kerri or Cat. Thank-you very much to those who have already brought in
items!
I have made a chart that includes: the students’ class name, day, time & teacher with the
Performance time for Saturday December 06 of 11 am or 2 pm, as well as the Basket Theme for
the class.
We are also looking for volunteers to help out during the day. Don’t worry, even if you can only
help a couple of hour here or there, we would appreciate it! Please let Kerri know by phone,

Please feel free to donate items in addition to your child’s assigned basket. What about a gift
card or certificate you have never & will never use. Or that brand-new item that never ended up
getting taken out of the box or that dress with the tags still on that you decided you will never
wear? If your place of employment has hats, shirts, gift-certificates or other paraphernalia, we
would also be very grateful for them! If you know anyone from out of town that would be
interested in donating monetarily or any items, we do have letters available. We are also having
a bake sale if you would like to donate any of your scrumptious baked goods! We will have
boxes for collecting items for the food bank.
The Students will be performing during the Winter Festival (see chart below for times). Please
be sure to let your teacher know if you will or will not be performing during the Festival. You can
sit in the audience & enjoy the show as your classes will be called up on stage when it is their
turn to perform.
All performers will be admitted free of charge to the Festival. However, parents, siblings & other
guests will need to pay an admission charge. Please remember we are a Registered Non-Profit
Charitable Organization & this is currently our biggest fund-raiser of the year! We participate in
many events in our community. We also donate gift certificates and services to other non-profit
events & organizations in our community.
By fundraising we can keep your tuition fees down! See fees below. The admission includes
access to Carnival Games, the Silent Auction, 50/50 Draw, Mrs. Klaus’ Kitchen, a Bake Sale &
Vendors!
