plan your event. To ensure a smooth event, a prefix
menu for parties of 8 guests or more is required.
Attached, you will find our party package choices and
menu options.
Everything is cooked to order, and to
help ensure excellent timing and service, pre-selections
are necessary. May you have any questions on the
selections, we will be glad to assist you.
Your tables will be reserved for a maximum of 2 ½
hours starting at the time of your reservation.

Customer Agreement:

In order to plan comfortable seating for your party, a
guaranteed guest count is required 24 hours in advance. If
the actual number of guests falls below the confirmed
number, the client will be charged the contracted menu
price for the difference.

We reserve the right to serve alcoholic beverages in a
responsible manner and may, at our discretion, decide to
stop serving alcoholic beverages to your party.

Please be aware that there may be another party booked
after your event. We would appreciate that you and your
guests arrive promptly and enjoy your meal within the 2½ hour reservation time. If you stay over the allotted 2½
hours, you will be charged an additional $20.00 per person
for each hour over your reserved time.

There will be an 8% sales and county tax added to your
bill.


Separate checks are not available.
Mandolin does not allow decorations including but not
limited to banners, confetti, or balloons.

Mandolin does not allow live entertainment of any kind
including dancers, musicians, or performers.
I have read and understood the above information and agree
that should my reservation not be canceled with at least 48
hours notice, I authorize Mandolin Aegean Bistro to charge my
account $25.00 per person.
